We just finished the third run of Lidérczfény (Will o’ Wisp), and we are making two international runs!
Will o' Wisp - Hungarian Dark Folk Larp
Will o’ Wisp is a two-day long, Hungarian dark folk LARP, inspired by the country’s history, folklore and the works of figures such as directors Hayao Miyazaki, Guillermo del Toro, author Katherine Arden and native poet, János Arany.
The game blends the historical world of 19th century Hungarian outlaws with the eerie atmosphere of traditional folk mythology in a character-driven, dramatic experience, where 40 ordinary people – villagers, travelers, fugitives, and highwaymen – find themselves caught in the middle of strange and extraordinary events.

Lidérczfény - Hungarian Folk Fantasy LARP (Hungarian run)
Immerse yourself in a folk-fantasy LARP set during the reign of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Encounter mythical creatures, navigate through dark forests, and shape the destiny of a world caught between folklore and history.
Bábel Budapest: Az Olimpia Árnyéka (Hungarian run)
The LARP takes place in a fictional world, in the alternative Hungary of the 1950s.
In the game participants take on the roles of guests attending a prestigious closed-door art auction held at the Ráth Villa, among whom (and other roles) are the evening’s host, Olympic athletes, members of the press, and even the Chief of Police of Budapest. The characters include a mix of historical figures and original characters created by us.
Arcane Academy (Hungarian run)
Legacy of the Mage King is a three-day arcane fantasy LARP for 60 participants and inspired by classic schools of magic. Throughout the game, players will step into the roles of the Academy’s newest students and discover the possibilities—and dangers—of the magical power hidden within them, at the dawn of a new and uncertain age.
Vae Victis - Rome LARP (Hungarian run)
Vae Victis is a two-day mystical historical drama LARP, jointly organized by 1000 Lives Studios and the Forsaken team, inspired by real historical events as well as the TV series Barbarians and Rome. During the event, players will step into the roles of survivors of the Roman army, members of the various peoples accompanying the camp, and the Germanic inhabitants of Visurgis as they experience the aftermath and consequences of the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest. The game focuses on personal fates, stories, and conflicts, as well as the struggle for survival.
